We offer a variety of steaks, roasts, ground beef, stew meats, short ribs, bones, and organs.
We have big knuckle bones for dogs.
Custom Meat Packs
If you are looking for a package deal, we can make you a meat package to meet your needs. You will save $5 on the orders over $125.
If you do not know, we have a few examples of packages from which to choose.
Option 1. Comfy Pack
- 2 -3 lbs Round Roast.
- 2 - 3 lbs Chuck Roast.
Option 2. Short ribs
- 4 lbs of Short Ribs.
- 2 lbs of Ground Beef.
Option 3. The Bachelor
- 10 lbs of Ground Beef.
- 10 lbs of Stew Beef.
- 10 lbs of Short Ribs.
- 2 lbs of Sirloin Steaks
Option 4. Roast Pack
- 1 Sirloin Roasts.
- 1 Cross Rib Roasts.
- 1 Chuck Roasts.
Option 5. Steak Pack
- 4 lbs of Sirloin Steaks.
- 2 lbs of T-bones.
- 2 lbs of Tenderloin Steaks.
- 4 lbs of Round Steaks.
Bulk Purchase
If you are looking for a cost effective and a large quantity of various cuts, then you can order a
- quarter,
- half, or
- full beef.
If you order a quarter or more, you may also select the type and size of the cuts.

How much is 1/2 beef?
Our animals usually range between 245 to 400 lbs (carcass weight) per side (i.e. 1/2 beef).
You are therefore looking at (for a 397 lbs side):
Steaks:
- 8-13 T-Bone;
- 8-14 Rib;
- 6-10 Sirloin;
- 7-9 Round;
- flank steaks sometimes if asked for, there can be minute steaks (usually made from round steak or roast).
Roasts:
- 4-5 Chuck;
- 3-5 Round;
- 2-3 Sirloin tip;
- 2-4 Cross Rib;
- Brisket if requested.
- Prime Rib Roast is available yet it will reduce the number of steaks.
Other misc:
- 6-8 Short Ribs;
- 4-8 Stew Beef;
- Ground beef (amount will vary based on other cuts selected and lean vs reg) but looking at 50-75 lbs per side.
- Soup bones or big bones for dogs.

Where can you get some?
We are currently selling direct to people in the Stony Plain - Edmonton area. We can arrange for other areas in Alberta too.
If you want to give something different to a loved one, consider a meat package (prices ranging from $25-$100). We also have raw big bones for dogs too.
